About the role of Convention Crew

Welcome to Indiana Comic Convention! We are excited you are interested in joining us as a part of the Con Crew this coming June. Ready to apply? Let's get started!

Things to know before applying:

  • You must be age 18 or older by June 3, 2026.
  • If selected to work, you must complete all required training and orientation.
  • Expected pay rate is minimum wage.
  • You will be responsible for your own transportation, parking, food, and if applicable, lodging. These items are not provided.

This application has multiple sections, please be sure to complete each one. After you add your signature and click ACCEPT AND SUBMIT APPLICATION at the end of the last section, you will receive an email confirmation from Convention (support@indianacomicconvention.com via growtix.com) when your application has been successfully saved in the system.

Con Crew interviews will be scheduled for the months of February, March, April, and May. Emails to schedule interviews will come from concrew@fanx.com. Please add this email address to your safe senders list so messages don't end up lost in junk or promotional email boxes.

By submitting an application to work for the 2026 Indiana Comic Convention, I understand and affirm the following:

  • Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.
  • I will be 18 years or older on or before June 3, 2026.
  • If selected to work, I understand I will be required to complete all training and orientation, and abide by all convention policies and procedures.
